"We have ordered both pick up and delivery. The food is usually good and their customer service is usually on point. We haven't had any issues with our orders and our deliveries have been on time, with one occasion where we were notified that our delivery would be slightly later because there were several deliveries prior to ours."

"After speaking to Domino's, I placed the same order a week later. This time the pizza arrived warm and was pretty good. I'm still struggling to find the extra cheese I paid for, but the pizza was pretty good. (4 stars) The hot wings are raging hot garbage. At best, they are like some frozen microwave hot wings. Soggy, boggy little nasty bites of mushy chicken. Disgusting. (-2 stars maybe more but being nice.) Some suggestions: 1) Put the hot wings in the pizza machine/oven until they are crispy. Don't pull them out until they are. 2) If you are going to squirt the sauce in the box, take 2-5 seconds and shake the box. This will distribute the hot wings sauce over the surface of the wings. 3) If you cannot get them crispy and you cannot distribute the sauce on the wings, then REMOVE them from the menu completely. 4) When people order extra cheese, where does it go? So, they got better on the pizza and stayed the same on the nasty hot wings."

"***WARNING**** Originally, I was not going to post a negative review here but through Domino's directly. But they fixed that with bad customer service... I ordered a XL pizza with extra cheese, bacon, and sausage. The summary of the problems: 1. Pizza arrived at 72 degrees after being in the delivery vehicle for 28 minutes (read with a laser temp). 2. There was not extra cheese on the pizza. There was just enough cheese to cover the sauce. I also ordered 8 buffalo chicken wings. Summary: 1. The chicken was cold at 70 degrees. 2. The chicken was that type of soggy when you take frozen chicken and then microwave it. 3. The sauce was just squirted onto the chicken. 4. Had to throw out the chicken because it was nasty and in danger temp zone. I filled out a complaint and they sent me an email with a coupon for 60 points which allows you to get a medium 2 topping pizza. I redeemed the reward and got nothing in my account. My complaints to corporate have gone unanswered. I really wanted Domino's to work out in our neighborhood, but I guess they got to go."
