"I recently used this company for a long trip traveling with college bound seniors and their parents to visit out college campus and had the best experience. I have been a customer of El Paso Bus Ride for almost 5 years now and have always had good experiences but this time was probably the best ever. The drivers Mr Jose and Mr Mike Montoya were awesome. They were friendly and professional the entire time and made a long trip shorter by finding the best route."

"WORSTE EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not book through this company. We experienced several significant issues including a fire hazard that put the health and safety of our passengers, including children on board, in jeopardy. Due to the severity of the issues we are asking that your company reimburse for the bus rental as we did not receive the services that we agreed upon.The purpose of the rental was to transport our competitive dance team, consisting of children and young adults and some accompanying parents, to Dallas, Texas for a national competition. On the day of scheduled departure, May 25, 2018, the bus did not arrive on time and the driver was an hour and a half late. He only arrived to pick us up after we had to go physically drive to Ms. Torres' house to get her to call him since she wasn't answering any of our phone calls. On the 12 hr drive to Dallas, we noticed that the bus did not have functioning air conditioning and brought this to the attention to Ms. Torres. After arriving to the hotel, our bus driver informed us that he had reached his maximum driving hours for that day according to laws, and refused to take us anywhere, forcing us to miss our rehearsal and forcing our students to walk or Uber to go purchase food. On Saturday May 26, 2018, the morning of our competition, the bus began to exhibit smoke coming from the back of the bus and had no functioning air conditioning. This incident was a fire hazard and a safety risk for all of the passengers on board and almost caused our kids to miss their competition. Because the bus was not functional, we were forced to utilize other modes of transportation and had to request transportation through Uber/Lyft/Taxis for 56 passengers for a grand total of $406.22 additional incurred expenses due to your company not providing the agreed upon transportation services. Instead of being able to focus on our students and the competition we had to deal with finding a solution for the bus. We contacted Ms Torres directly to advise of the ongoing a/c issue to get guidance on a back up plan for the 12 hour trip back home. Her guidance was to have all the passengers, including children, board the bus for a 12 hr ride back home, despite knowing about the a/c issues, putting the health and safety of children at risk in outside temperatures well in excess of 95 degrees. We feel extremely disappointed in the bus rental service that we received because the service you provided did not meet what we agreed upon according to the contract. When I inquired about reimbursement for Uber and the bus rental , your response was that you would only reimburse me if i subjected all passengers to a 12 hr bus drive in the same bus despite knowing about the aforementioned Air Conditioning issues and smoke hazards. The day of departure, May 27th, 2018 we had to travel six flags on the same bus in the same conditions. We had several parents refuse to let their children board their bus in the extreme heat thus incurring additional personal expenses by soliciting Uber transportation in order to ensure their children's comfort and safety. A new bus was scheduled to pick us up at 4pm. The bus did not arrive until 5pm. Not only was it an hour late, but it was a bus for 52 passengers, not 56. We had to wait another 2 hours for the new bus to arrive. Due to the significant issues and stressful situations that we experienced, along with the significant health & safety hazards we were exposed to, we are asking that your company refund us. Two weeks have gone by and communication has been non existent from the company even through countless attempts. The only time they answer is when we call through different numbers. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHARTER BUS SERVICE, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"

"This bus line is not worth the headache. No heater on the bus. Bus drivers get lost turning at 10.5hr ride into a 12hr ride. Took the longest route possible to our destination instead of taking interstates. Cosmetically the bus is trash it’s an old outdated Mercedes crappy analog tv screens that you can’t view a movie on when the dvd system works. The arm rest on seats are broken. Maintenance access panels in the bus floor do not secure properly and you can smell the bathroom from any point on the bus. The owners of this company should be ashamed! Update to this review.11-26-2017 Forced to spend another 10+hrs on a bus with this company. This time being sick and needing to use the bathroom and being unable to due to the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom. Blue poo goo was strewn about the toilet seat area and a plastic urinal cake holder blocking the hole of the toilet. The bathroom has no toilet paper and no way to wash hands ether soap and water or hand sanitizer. These buses are worse than a third world country. If there was a bag and baby whips at least then I could find some relief but until then I’ll sit here doubled over for approximately the next 3hrs (google map time) or more. I guess on the bright side they stole time from me going home but made sure I returned to El Paso right on time."

"10 hour bus ride turned into 15 hours. Had to have a interpolator to talk with bus driver to inform him of the faster route, only to continue to go the longer route. There was ZERO heat on the bus, we asked more then 10 times to turn the AC off, but it never happened. About half the seats on the bus were perminanetly in recliner position, unable to sit up straight. The door on the bathroom wouldnt close properly due to malfunction hinges. Worst bus ride ever experienced."
