"Nice little gas station. They have a decent convenience store with some home items and all of the standard snacks and beverages. They have a decent beer cave. They have very limited small bottle spirits."
"Convenient location. Large parking area and large amount of fuel pumps. Also a truck stop. Seem to have a very small bathroom for such a large facility. Maybe there's a different bathroom for the trucker's which would be fine for them The men's bathroom for what I can tell is one stall and one urinal. All in a closet. Paper towels are always empty. They're not being used anymore they should remove the dispensing unit. I hate hearing everybody doing their business and I got six in between me and they're freaking ears. Not super clean either. I stop here all the time only because I tried to Casey's at the road but there's such a small lot and a small facility that is not any better I should probably learn to drive further into Dubuque and find a better place"
"I left my wallet on the counter at the checkout. Kyle, the counter person found it and gave it to his manager Justin. Justin found the name of the company that I work for and called my dispatcher who called me and I was only 10 miles away and able to quickly go back and retrieve it. Justin, Kyle and Holly are a great team for Kwik Stop! A very big thank you to them."
"We stopped in to fill up while passing through Dubuque and decided to grab something to drink inside. The signs posted out front were laughable, no face mask ordinance for inside the store - instead it asks that if you have COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. I'm sure 0% of people that had symptoms and drove to this BP stopped, read the sign and thought "Oh okay, I better turn around and head home, I was on the fence about spreading COVID-19 but because of this BP sheet of paper now I know I better not go out in public." Silly really. Staff inside were also not too inviting."
"As soon as I walked in the lady at the cash register wouldn't stop staring at me, as she continued talking on the phone. I was up front looking at what snack to grab, and I was not the only customer in the store. She kept staring at me and giving me a suspicious look. I was grabbing something when she asked me if I needed something. There was a guy next to me that was also looking around, but she kept staring at me and wouldn't take her eyes off of me. I wasn't acting suspicious or anything. She was very hostile and made me feel like I was doing something wrong the whole time I was in the store."
