Paisano's On Broadway Italian Steakhouse

"We ate dinner there last night, food was outstanding like always. But our waitress was too busy talking to this other table then waiting on her tables. After we sat down she took a drink order and said she would be back with bread. It was awhile till she came with the bread because she was having a personal conversation with that table (my husband went to the restroom and came back and she was still talking to that table). Then when she took our order she never asked if we would like to add a salad on our order, it's been awhile since we ate there so we couldn't remember if it came with salad or not. My husbands side was the wrong pasta but he didn't say anything. She never came over to ask if everything was OK after our dinner arrived by someone else. She always appeared in a hurry to get back to that table to finish her conversation. I'm sorry but for the prices we should get great service. I normally tip really well ... she didn't even deserve the 15% we left her. She was friendly but preoccupied last night, that type of service does not belong at a high end restaurant."

"Went to Paisanos for the first time recently and we can’t wait to go back! Our waitress, Katie, was friendly, helpful, and quick! I had the highly recommended Broadway Shrimp and it was incredible! Hubby had the chicken parm and said the chicken was great! The salted caramel crunch cookie with gelato was a hit with my caramel-loving Hubby and I loved the Reese’s peanut butter pie. Drinks were also delicious and made very well! We tried the rum punch and lemon drop martini. Thank you for a great date night, Paisanos!"

"First time dinning here. Celebrating my brother in laws birthday. Very pricy menu and no salad or soup with your entrée. I love chicken marsala so I ordered that. It was ok, I've had better at other restaurants and my own homemade version. Atmosphere was very nice and seating was comfortable and not crowded."
