"I needed service done and saw this place got good reviews so I thought I would check it out. First of all, I tried calling multiple times at multiple hours of the day and no one answered. Then I drove over there and it was confusing where to enter because there wasn’t anyone in sight. I finally found a door and walked inside to find about 4 guys just sitting around. I asked if they could do an oil change and they said I had to book it online at least one day in advance. None of them were very friendly and it felt very awkward. Maybe it was a one off but I wanted to share my experience and I will not be going back."

"I live in North Carolina. However, I deemed it very important to leave a review. My mom and younger sister were driving from Wisconsin to North Carolina. I was on edge the whole time. Then I got the dreaded phone call that they got a flat about an hour into the drive. Tow truck took them to Ray’s. My mom was very nervous because she recently had a horrible experience with a tire shop. She called me. Ray could’ve refused to talk to me on her phone. He could’ve done what many shops do and tell her a bunch of things because “a woman doesn’t know” he didn’t do any of that. He spoke to me on the phone. He explained the fact that 2 of her other tires were unsafe. He was willing to show me on FaceTime. I was able to talk my mom down thanks to Ray’s helpfulness. Those tires weren’t readily available. He told them he’s take care of them first thing so they can get back on the road. Turns out, he had one of his guys take them to a local hotel. He did exactly what he said. He called her early in the morning, told her not to book another night because her car was ready and even offered to pick them up. This level of service is what separates companies from their competitors. I’d give 10 stars if I could."
