"I was picking up an order for my mom who ordered online. They refused to give me the order because the phone wasn't in my possession. If that is the policy, it should be stated more clearly. Two out of the three people who were addressing the situation were completely rude. I feel as though this restaurant needs better management."

"Few of the the employees are rude, not even a thank you, just hands food through window. Drinks are very hit and miss. Sometimes tea tastes old like the container or spouts were not cleaned properly or thoroughly."
"It was on a Thursday, around 9am and had 6 cars in the drive-thru. They parked all 6 of us. I only ordered 2 small iced mocha's and the person beside me ordered a large coffee. No one had it together that day."
