Church's Texas Chicken

"Let me start off when this place used to be amazing! They have since fallen off the face of the planet it seems. Last night (after months of not doing business with this location anymore for a previous bad experience) I decided to give them another shot and I have to say they disappointed me even more. A few things here. 1) wait time to order was over 34min 2) speaker must not have been working as repeated my order at least 4 times 3) received biscuits without any honey sauce???? You read that right dry biscuits. 4) fried chicken tasted like burnt chicken . I can assure that the grease has not been changed out. Hell the damn chicken was brown rather than a gold/amber color. Needless to say I just wanted to share my experience with this specific restaurant that I would recommend you avoid if at all possible. Thank you"

"The food is always fresh & hot! Small dining area, but not very busy, most go to drive thru. Employees and managers are very nice and helpful."

"Everyone working there seems to be enjoying their job. I do enjoy their chicken. Complaint: The chicken we ordered had the wing and the breast pieces cut differently. There used to be some breast meat on the wing, now the wing is just the wing & too small & the breast piece is too large. We served it at a party and no one wanted a whole breast. Next time, I guess we'll just get legs and thighs."

"The food was and is phenomenal. I rated a 5* because the food was and is just too darn good. Now the extra gravy is, I think too expensive, there are no self serve machines to refill drinks and the restroom is located outside. The lobby was dirty and messy and the manager seems to be rude at times, but I would credit that too her being so busy. Even with all that, the food is delicious and the price is great. She even gave me a military discount. Seems place was rated A/95. I would also include that the Arnold Palmer the manager made and gave me refills on; was possibly the best I have ever had anywhere. I recommend you go through drive thru because the lobby might discourage you, but the taste will definitely keep you going back. That's my favorite Churches Chicken."

"The staff was friendly. Small seating area but the food was good, fresh fried okra too! Refilled our drinks quickly as well. Overall a good experience. Thanks Church's!"
