"Shout out to tonyyyy for finding my wallet and to the manger for handing it to me. Everyone is really respectful and polite. I was freaking out looking for my wallet, and sheeeeeshhh the relief I felt when I saw it. I think I kinda overreacted when I was thanking them. Overall I was really grateful that it was in good hands and that they respected my belongings. Other than this small situation lol they have great clothing And not to mention the hoodiesssss I loved that pink thrasher one with roses, but definitely great service. "

"I was basically robbed of $20. i was given a bunch of attitude checking out because i guess i interrupted their convo. i bought a hoodie that was $74.99 and gave him 4 20s. I know i did because i counted them and was with a friend too. he then said i didn’t have enough and i thought i was wrong and payed the last 20 i had. went the rest of the day with no food. Was literally robbed of my money and i know i was because i only had 100 total"

"Went there shopping for a skateboard. Eddie helped us out. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and his passion for skateboarding was on full display. You could tell that this guy loved skateboarding and wanted to share his passion with everyone else. Awesome experience."

"I’m not from Illinois, I’m from Indiana. I’ve never been to the store in person, however, this is by far my favorite Zumiez store. When I ordered online, they sent items from this store to my location. Along with my items, an employee by the name of Emily wrote me an awesome note on my invoice, including a cool drawing of my name, Heaven, with a halo over it. That’s not all, free stickers were included. If anyone meets an Emily who works at this Zumiez (121), tell her she’s doing a great job. This store and their employees are fantastic."
