"I'm never coming back to this place. I bought some shoes and in only 2 weeks they tear apart, when I went to show them and asked for help, they said that they never have complaints and that my girl did that, conclusion, they can't do nothing about it, I said that it was less than 30 days and the lady asked for my number so somebody will call me to see if they can help me, but of course nobody call me back. They are always rude, I like the brand because it is the only place that has my daughter's shoe size but I feel like I'm not welcome when I'm inside. Thank you for nothing."

"Me and the girlfriend are expecting a baby here shortly and were very nervous about clothes before coming in. A younger worker named Alexis greeted us with hospitality when we first walked in and listened to our situation and took the time to help us every step of the way. I never leave reviews but given the seriousness of the situation to us she went above and beyond for our needs and deserved it."

"The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!"

"Not sure if it’s a store policy or the sales associate working wasn’t willing to help rectify the situation. I purchased a dress there for my daughter and didn’t realize it had a very large stain on the back until after I got home. I didn’t get around to taking it back until a month later. I asked if I could return the item and was asked if I had the receipt. I said no because I didn’t have it in the bag and then said I bought it a while ago. She said well sorry we can’t let you return it. Then I realized I had an e-receipt and said wait I do have it. She said well actually it’s out of season and we don’t sell this item anymore so you can’t return it. I asked if I could get in store credit and she proceeded to say no BUT they could exchange it for the exact same item…. Which she had said 2 seconds earlier they no sold ? I wasn’t going to waste my time or cause a scene but was very disappointed with my experience and don’t know many stores that wouldn’t take back a damaged item in exchange for store credit, especially a customer who buys a lot of their products."
