"I’ve been reaching out to Cortez since I first placed my order on July 9th. I immediately emailed my design per the instructions given after purchase of transfers. I emailed him on July 20th to follow up. He replied that he had just gotten my email. I called him on July 28. He said he shipped them but will refund me. I asked for a tracking number, he never sent it to me. I called him yesterday TWICE. I even left a message asking him to call me back. Later, I posted a comment on his Instagram page stating that I still haven’t received my order, refund or response. He liked my comment, then deleted it. He DM’d me with a video showing my design being printed and said they were closed but he would check into it the next day. I again asked him to provide a tracking number so I could follow up with my post office. Next day, I didn’t hear from him as usual. I texted, emailed and DM’d him simply saying “Tracking info please”. He texted back saying “Ok”. He has failed to communicate and resolve this issue. I received my refund through PayPal (after reporting that I never received my order) and I sent them screenshots of all attempts from day one. I really hate that this couldn’t have been a better outcome. I’ve been waiting for over a year to work with this man as I have been following him on Instagram. I’m highly disappointed. I only ordered 5 transfers (to sample). I had plans on placing a large order if I liked the quality of his work. Update (1 month later): A day or so after he read this review, he DM’d me acknowledging my review and apologized stating that they are undergoing changes. He also said that he would “reship my package”. I still have not received a package from him."
