"The food is always terrific. Over the past few years we’ve ate here probably about 20 times and they’re very consistent with the service and the quality of their food. I usually pick eating here over other places even if I wasn’t planning on going to the mall we make trips there just to eat here! "I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Special for $7.49 on 3/13/23. I thought I was getting a freshly prepared meal Just as I ordered it However, after eating 1/4 portion of my meal I felt uneasy immediately! I then noticed SHRIMP on my plate. I am Allergic to shell fish which caused me to have an Allergic Reaction and was carried out of the Mall food court on a ER visit. I never orderee Shrimp of any kind Not to mention Customer Service from the two grillman who were in coming my good was Not so great. Thanks for nearly killing me"

"See photo. The chicken fried rice was very salty and the rice was a hard texture. The chicken tasted fatty. After the first bite I was disappointed I had to eat the rest. The grill was not very clean. No napkins provided and I will never order from here again due to low quality taste of food and below average cleanliness of store."
