Forever 21

"Store is kept nice and organized but the managers specifically are always in a bad mood and give attitude. I was turned away from doing a return 15 mins before closing, the manager literally said “do you expect me to return an item 15 mins before closing” with so much attitude and then proceeded to say the store was close. Nonetheless she ended up taking the return after being so rude and it took her less than a minute. Plus the return was only one item."

"The most rude and unwelcoming experience I've ever experienced at any Forever 21 store. It is 5:25pm and the manager Nilda told us it was closed and did not allow any customers inside the store. I told her the hours stated 6pm and she repeatedly told me to leave as well as she did to many other customers trying to enter."

"Manager, Litzy, was OVERLY rude. Did not allow for me to exchange an item because it was “worn” when it never was and they sold it exactly like that, which was also why I didn’t want it. Litzy continued talking over me even as I was being patient trying to ask questions she continued interrupting me and repeating herself without acknowledging what I was asking. I wanted to speak to a store manager, which was also denied to me. The customer service here is HORRIBLE and just blatantly rude. I would not recommend shopping at this location. If you run into an exchange or return issue, they will NOT help. They would rather you call customer service and continue to deny you."

"I bought 2 pairs of earrings and a shirt and i went back to exchange them because i didn’t want them at the end but when i went back they didn’t want to let me return the earrings even when the earrings had a missing earring. The cashier was rude and disrespectful and was giving attitude. She kept laughing and saying i could not return it because “it was jewelry” it wasn’t final sale and she still did not want to let me return it.I went back to try to return it with a different person but that person also did not want to let me return it.She went to “check the cameras” to see if the earrings were there and you can clearly see the earring wasn’t there and she still did not want to let me at least exchange the earrings.The first cashier was laughing and making fun off me while trying to return the jewelry.I’be always bought from that store and never have i see such rude cashiers and employees."

"I went to the Forever 21 in The Hip mall (Harlem Irving Plaza), They have nice clothes, their prices are a bit exaggerated. You are allowed to use the dressing rooms again, Covid precautions are going down now."
