"My heart aches having to write this review, however with a heavy heart i must do so. One thing Texas is known for is BBQ. My stomach was rumbling for an excellent cuisine, I passed this intriguing establishment and decided why not. I ordered my food, received it and sat down on one of their hard shell chairs, it felt like I was sitting on broken ply wood but that's besides the point. I ordered 1 meat with 3 sides, on the plate my sides were separated, except my green beans. My lovely green beans were placed right beside my brisket. Of course the boq sauce from the brisket migrated to the other side all over the greens beans. Now I had this vicious mixture of bbq sauce and green bean juice, which my palate did not take well to. On the other hand the best part was the complementary rolls, which were hard and cold just how everyone prefers them. Definitely not Texas BBQ, what a disappointment. Also let me add that my pinto beans and green beans were very much cold. How this establishment has 4 stars is beyond me."

"We had a great experience at a different location, so we anticipated the same here. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff brought the whole experience way down. We didn't realize our food was even ready because the cashier guessed at how to spell our name. She was way off, so we had no idea they were calling us. Her response was, "Oh well, I didn't know how to spell it." Common sense says you should ask how to spell it if you aren't sure. We definitely will not return to this location."

"Amazing food, but above all the customer service is excellent at this location. I give 10 stars to Angelique and her manager who took my order with the upmost respect, patience and efficiency. I will return and recommend this location hands down! Other Bill Miller location have much more to learn from you Angelique. You are truly a peoples person and you care about your customers, thank you!"

"We have been here several times but always thru the drive thru for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today, August 22nd we dined in for breakfast. The food has always been ok, not great, not fantastic but not bad. Today they were not at all busy and the pancakes were just above room temperature and pretty dry. The sausage was barely warm and way over cooked to the point of being hard and crusty. The coffee was pretty week."
