"I highly recommend finding another place to get auto body painted parts. I received my parts (painted hood and fender) and after finding a small dent in the fender I submitted a claim to the company (shipping dropped off boxes with no chance to open and review parts to accept them). Not to mention that the color shade was bad - not just new parts but it was shades off. I got an initial reply asking for more photos - I sent them within the same day. After that I never heard back from them again for months. I sent several follow up emails, trying to call and even contacting Maria. I emailed her after I was going to leave a review but saw her email in some replies and wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Now after almost a month of no reply from her (again beyond the initial reply of I'll look into it), nothing. I had even send a follow up email 2 weeks after and just now, but I'm not holding my breath for a reply. Long story long - stay away unless you are willing to gamble that your parts will be good enough with no chance of damage claims and no customer service. EDIT - Attached photo to show damage before installation as proved by photo of fender not installed and background full of packing material from just opening the box. Photos I sent them of the full fender as requested were installed on the car because I needed to have a car to drive ASAP after receiving the parts."

"Panel was packaged horribly and came damaged. Reached out to them and they offered me a discount to order another one instead of sending a new one. Just find some one local these people are criminals. When you call they force you to email someone and then that person won’t respond when you ask questions. Seriously stay away from these people I have now reached out to my credit card company and they are working on getting my money back. I will be reaching out to the better Business bureau as well. I normally don’t do these it’s just their lack of communication and just straight thieving when I found out it looks like they did a claim for the shipping damage and they’re just keeping my money on both sides."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--We ordered a 2013 BMW painted bumper. Order 6012621. We we told it would be shipped with a signature required. The bumper was left in our driveway. The box was damaged and inside was a cracked bumper wrapped in bubble wrap. The paint is terrible along with the damage. Not even sure it is the correct bumper. We have called and left voice mails, sent countless emails, sent Facebook messages. No response. WE ARE OUT 546.66"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I PROMISE YOU CAN FIND BETTER AND DO BETTER FOR WAAAAAAY LESS!!!! If you could give 0 stars this is what it would get from me. I purchased a painted bumper. This bumper was a few shades too dark and was already chipping upon installation. The bumpers paint job is the worst. It is one coat. No sealant and doesn't adhere to the bumper like this was their first day on the job and didn't know how to paint! The bumper material is soft and had a crack in it. When contacting the company they said they would give me a partial credit. That credit was near nothing to the $1000+ price tag. The customer service rep and email Maria stopped responding to emails and acts like she can't read or see photos. I have attached them here. This is to warn everyone to not waste their time and to read the bad reviews. They are all true!!!!"

"*DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - When things go wrong, they disappear* It's been 2 months since we ordered some parts from Chicago Auto Body, and they are no longer responding. We selected them because they had the best priced items, but had we seen all the bad reviews, we would have went somewhere else. It took 5 weeks for parts we ordered to be shipped (almost 2X the 3 weeks they advertise), and when the parts arrived, they were damaged. This could have been from the separate shipping company, but when we reached out for a claim, they responded with unhelpful 1 liners or not at all. It took spending countless hours on the phone to find out that the shipping company destroyed the parts (cheaper to claim them vs. ship back), but Chicago Auto Body still didn't respond. I've written ~10 emails and called about ~20 times, and there has been *no* offer to refund, resolve, or help with situation. They have just stopped responding. We did speak with Maria, who did her best to be helpful (thank you for trying!), but not being part of the Claims department (which doesn't answer the phone + rarely answers emails), there's a limit to what others can do. Now we've been left with no car for 2 months and no recourse aside from a stopped payment via our credit card company. The company either does not invest enough in claims / returns or simply doesn't care if customers are unsatisfied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE LOWER PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT."
