"One of my packages got lost and the girl that spoke to me on the phone on 8/23/23 around 5:30pm was the sweetest girl ever! She truly seemed concerned about my issue, and took several measures to try to help me and kept apologizing and sympathized. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! Usually I’m used to hearing “sorry just call customer service” But this girl, and there was another girl that helped afterwards were so so helpful."
