"We went to return shoes with receipt. Aldo indicated there is no cash available come back a different day. We came back and they didn’t want to return the order even with proof of purchase. Once the manager came then all of a sudden the cash is available. My body cam has entire footage of how you refused return even with receipt and original payment method."

"They don’t do returns or exchange at all. Very rude employee and when asked for the manager he said he is the manager. They make up excuses not to return a new unworn BAG with tag and receipt. When called customer service online they said I can return it even without the packaging. Worst service ever."
