"Rooms were clean. Sink slow to drain. Door to room was warped and difficult to open/close. Disappointed that the pool as well as the hot tub was not available to use. Breakfast was good. There was scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes and waffles as well as fruit, yogurt and juice/coffee but no butter. They ran out of butter. Nice staff."

"Horrible place...call and reserved a room. Asked numerous times if the pool is available. Answer was yes yes. Check in then was told a party reserve the pool and we could not use it. Then asked for half off since we were lied to. Manger was not available. Said we can get our money back and leave. I have 4 kids that were told they could swim. Don't stay here they lie.....false advertisement."

"They advertise a Hot tub, but when I was there it was completely drained with no indication that they intended to refill it at any time. Total bummer because my back was killing me that night. Continental breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about. But it was clean and fine. The staff were standout stars. The room was clean, the people working were prompt and extremely polite. I forgot a toothbrush and the front desk person produced one (and toothpaste!) Almost before I could blink. Seriously above and beyond what I expected."

"Rented the pool for our family holiday. We had full access to the kitchen and dining area also. It was prefect. Staff had GREAT customer service. Both areas were clean, spacious and accommodated all our needs. Definitely recommend and will return!"

"Ariel, the girl at the front desk when I checked in, was awesome!! Very bright, personable and helpful. She’s a keeper!! Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Minor items: the TV station page needs to be updated. Also, the water temperature control for the shower is very odd: the “off” position is in between hot and cold. Other than those things, great stay!"
