"Great place!!! Perfect home base to hike GNP and to see the Caverns. Dell City is only 15 minutes away with gas and supplies. This has to be the darkest and quietest place on earth. Life everywhere. Amazing sunsets. The host are just the best. We stayed in the cabin with AC one night and the yurt the next. Spot less."
"Wonderful place to stay. Great hosts who are friendly and helpful with local knowledge. We stayed in a yurt for 2 nights and the accommodations were clean, thorough, and well thought out. A container of drinking water, a wash station, picnic table, a couple folding chairs, a charcoal grill with charcoal and utensils, and a fire pit with wood were provided. The yurt was great with a nice bed and blankets. One of the best perks however is the shower; something the National Park campsites do not have."
"Great desert camping! This is primitive camping so don't expect rv hookups. The view of the mountains are great, it's quiet, and the stars are awesome! We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the owners were very nice and responsive. They had firewood and charcoal at the campsite every day and supplied water for drinking and washing. The outhouse facilities were clean and well decorated and they will have showers soon."
"HIGHLY recommend making your way out here to camp! We only wish we could have stayed longer, the owners were absolutely amazing and probably could have chatted with them for hours about our travels. They’ve put so much care into this campground and it shows. The facilities were amazing, sites were perfect, and the views were outstanding. So much to do in that area as well at Guadalupe Mountains National Park if you’re into hiking and climbing!"
"We loved our stay! Raymond was great and the campsite had a campfire & grill and brand new grill utensils. They also provided wood, lighter fluid and charcoal which was such a great touch. There was both drinking water and water for dishes, etc. the bathroom was adorable with a hand washing station, view of the mountains.. highly recommend sunrise here! Absolutely loved it, and it was so close to the park and the sand dunes. Great location."
