My only option was to purchase an other item. So they are forcing you to spend money. Get up to date with your technology and customer service, as this is a way to get rid of your customers. I’ll think twice before buying from you again."

This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. "I’d never been in Guess before today. I was on my way out of the mall as all of the stores were closing and I saw this really pretty top on a mannequin in the window, I was unsure if they were going to let me get it because they were closing but they let me in. A sales associate named Charlie assisted me and my boyfriend. He asked me my size and went and got the top for me. He was so friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed at all. He also told me to sign up for the loyalty program and saved me 15% on my total purchase. For it to be my first time in a store at closing time the experience was amazing. They have bunch of great stuff and I’ll definitely be back just earlier."
