"I went to Midas Auto Service Mundelein, IL for brake inspection and change for my white Chrysler Town and Country. However, the front-left wheel was damaged during the work. They found a used replacement wheel, which is not the same good condition as my original one, and caused me two extra days without car. The other works are fine, hence I can only give 3-star"

I think people are afraid to go to places like Midas over a dealer due to pricing or other issues but I believe they are better than a private garage more trustworthy than both the dealer and the private garage, they helped me decide what to fix first on my car and what could wait but I felt very comfortable speaking with them as there was no pressure and no up sale or other shady sales tactics"
