"The doctors here really listen and they are interested in treating the whole person. The office staff are efficient and courteous, and they have a lab on site. Update - I have now interacted with three doctors at this practice and they have all been great. My spouse and m-i-l also switched to this practice and are very happy. Particularly of note - doctors respond in a timely manner to emails sent through the patient portal!"

"I really needed a primary doctor and when I saw the reviews for health care solutions I was excited to make an appointment and get the help I desperately needed. Unfortunately I was treated coldly with a high level of disregard and disrespect by nurses checking me in and my provider. Going over my lab results the provider would not click on the more than 10 that were in red stating “ABNORMAL” she turned to me and said I was in perfect health from my lab results. I was asked to bring my records because of many previous health concerns, my provider quickly cut me off would not let me talk about previous diagnoses, hospital stays, and wouldn’t even look at my records. I was rudely cut off trying to voice my daily health concerns. I was made out to feel like an idiot child and wasn’t taken seriously. I was told I’m just obsese and depressed. That’s it. I sobbed loudly and said that doesn’t make sense neither of those cause kidney stones to which again I was cut off from asking any questions. I felt violated and helpless sitting in front of someone who just smiled and said over and over again I was just fat and crazy, I didn’t know medical providers could be THAT ableist and THAT narcissistic. I wasn’t looking for medications just answers to my health questions. Instead I was belittled, gaslit, and shamed. No one is going to see this review and I will never get justice for how I was mistreated. Instead I will remain in therapy for the traumatic stress I was put through by someone who has a degree and signed an oath to help people."

"Was supposed to get blood work done and not only did I not get the blood work done, but I had waited more than an hour in the room just to be told some lady got sick and I couldn't get blood work done. Waste of my time, where was the phone call to cancel my appointment!? And when Dr. Vinge FINALLY came in he was no help, made me feel very stupid by asking me random questions to try to make up for my wasted trip there. Will be looking for doctors elsewhere. Typical Las Cruces Doctor."
