"Although I live in Arlington Heights, this place is the nearest CarX from my home. Couple of days ago, my wife found out that there was a glass rumbling sound from the bottom of her car Honda Crv. Since she is very sensitive at sound, she told me to stop at this CarX in order to have her car checked. A few minutes later Mike told me to come inside to have a better look. They already lifted the car in the shop. He kindly explained what caused a noisy sound. He took his time and did not ignore my questions. He made sure it is safe to drive after checking the tires.
