"It like the maintenance do yard work first thing in the morning EVERY MORNING purposely, like they are not even considerate with there own tenants that chances are sleeping, only been here a week and washer dryer has been out for over a week atleast. Would not recommend"

"Don't bother with this place, lived right next to a crime scene after only been here for 3 months and it was the 2023 September homicide if you don't remember and these guys seem to have little to no regards for your safety and the whole area is riddled with crime l, might as well have kids playing after curfew too I'm sorry just don't"

"Stay away from these apartments. There is a cockroach infestation that the leasing agents couldn't keep in control long enough for me not to notice the same day I signed the contract. The kitchen cabinets have about twenty coats of paint on them because maintenance can't be bothered to sand them down to repaint. The front door is more like an interior door and you can see the light from inside the apartment all around it at night. The walls are extremely thin so you will hear your neighbors arguing all night. Please take the time to find a different apartment complex, this one is extremely unsafe-- all it takes it looking up San Montego Apartments in the news. If you still want to rent here, make sure you see the apartment first before signing the lease-- open the cabinets, open the under-sink cabinet, and move the refrigerator and look for dead cockroaches underneath."

"Don’t move in here. The amount of roaches in here is inside. And the exterminator wont make it a priority bc “15-20 roaches aren’t an infestation” I couldn’t put my dirty dishes down for a second before roaches started hoping on them. Leave food to cool on the counter? thats for the roaches now. Food in the fridge??? For the roaches. Be careful bc they might even be in your microwave . Oh yeah and there was a homicide case not too long ago, September 2023."

"Shady a&$ apt. The maintenance man stole my brand new FNX I paid $1500 for after a service call for my apt. When it came up missing I reported this to the front office but the managers said he would never do such a thing. 7 months later, this same maintenance man was charged with assault of two women while they were sleeping in their apt. Not only that, but I was told there was nothing they could do."
