"I’m not accustomed to living this way. I’ve been living here a few months and I’ve discussed my issues on several occasions with management and still have yet to have the issues addressed and corrected. I’ve talked with other tenants and it’s the same for them and some of them have been living here more than a year. I’m very disappointed and fear my apartment will be without proper maintenance therefore I’ll be making plans to move out and break the lease. This place however has no issues with sending reminders about rent before rent is due and they want the money by the first. This place isn’t worth it if you’re a civilized human. #IApproveThisMessage"

"The A/C not working . I already submitted like six work orders. I even went to talk to manager like 2 times. They put me on list .apartments are hot .It is almost summer and I have kids at home all day. This is ridiculous. Office is closed every time I go."

"Worst place to live at. The maintenance guy doesnt know how to do anything he never fixes anything, it takes months for them to actually respond to a maintenance request. The AC doesnt work, the kitchen is way too small, the restrooms are not finished correctly, the closet doors never work. The office "lady" never answers the phone or emails all she does is talk on the phone & eat in the office all day on top of being super rude & careless. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."
