"Awesome service and food. I tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Cape Girardeau & Jackson, but this Don Carlos in Jackson offers the best taste in food compared to the others. I vouch for the Birria Taco combo all the time, it is my go to order whenever I visit this restaurant. The Mexipizza is my second favorite. I would recommend the Birria Taco to everyone as a must order."

"We had such a great time. It was a beautiful night . We sat outside. We are a family of four. It did get loud with traffic. We will sit inside next time. Our waiter was so pleasant. We got served so fast. It was delicious. I had Fajitas, the husband and one had burritos and the other Sally (?) Something. They really had a great time. I can recommend. They had fried ice cream too."
