"I thought Nieman Marcus was a luxury department store with a royal service, but not anymore. They did not give any boxes for free anymore. Their items are costly and it is not like a Macy's but they still charge for the gift boxes. How cheap they are. I was not too fond of their sloppy customer service. I would not buy any gift items from Nieman Marcus anymore."

"Neiman Marcus fails. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service from Neiman Marcus. The item was delivered several days after it was promised, missing Christmas. It was shipped 10 days after being ordered and I was not informed of the delay until a day before the holiday. When it finally did arrive, I was shocked at how it was sent. The packaging for a $500 belt was a simple tissue paper covering and a plastic bag! Target does a better job of packaging items they send. Needless to say, I was extremely embarrassed at how this gift arrived to the recipient. Saying your a luxury store certainly does not make you a luxury store."
