However, they ordered it for me and it was shipped free to my house in just a few days. Great service, would certainly shop there again."

She was extremely knowledgeable with sizes and fittings of Tommy Bahama chinos compared to another manufacturer's chinos. She advised me the other brand, same size, was a narrower cut than Tommy's chinos. I received the Tommy's chinos in the time promised and was thrilled with the fit. This the second time Nora assisted me on the phone where she set aside two Tommy polo's until we could get to the Oakbrook store. Like the previous time she was very polite and knowledgeable. "We arrived here on a Wednesday so the store was empty, we walked around and looked at different things but the two employees working were busy talking to each other, we we not offered any help so we just left. Nice typical and comfortable clothing, I'll consider coming another time to this store. Parking is free and near by."

"The store is very organized and easy to look through. My husband and I came in looking for a gift for my father and the sales associates were very helpful. They were very friendly and asked what the occasion was. They helped us find a gift that was within our budget and gave us a box and gift receipt to put it in. The quality of their clothes is amazing, super soft and comfortable. I stopped by Nordstrom and found out they no longer sell their line in store, but I was very pleasantly surprised walking into their solo store and seeing their much larger selection."
