"Wife bought a $580 dress and doesn’t like it’s look and it doesn’t properly fit. And in trying to return it the company they stated Ty get don’t allow for returns and accused her of wearing the dress and wanting the refund prior to returning the unworn dress which are simply wrong. Working with the credit card company to fight this company and return the dress. Piss poor customer service. Stay away."

"I have been at this store several times over the years. I will NOT ever go back. The rudeness of the salespeople is ridiculous. I walked in with my sister, my mom and my aunt to look for a Mother of the Bride dress. Was looking for plus size and was told there were some on both sides. I picked out two and went to try them on. After being told how bad my stomach looked in the dress and then hearing the other sales person say "why did four of them have to come for one dress" I will never give my money to this store for their overpriced clothes. Should be a little nicer. As the old saying goes if service is great you tell one or two people. If service is bad you tell a minimum of 10. Now with social media I will reach 1000s. Good luck with your business. Too snooty for me."

"I stopped in looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. I'm a plus-size woman and clothes shopping is not usually an easy thing. I was prepared for this to be the same. My daughter and I found 4 dresses, all four fit and it came down to two dresses. The staff was amazing!! My daughter and the seamstress discussed and worked out alterations for the jacket to the dress. I still can't believe how painless this was!! I cannot say enough about this store and staff!!!"

"Saleslady was very nice, courteous, and helpful. Asked to see if they could get a dress in a different size and they made NO effort to look to get it just said flatly no. When I got home I googled the designer and sure enough they could have gotten the dress in the size I asked for plus the price was more than half off of what they were asking in the store. Won't be making any effort to go back!"
