"The service was horrible! Not sure anyone names because no one was wearing name tags! Paid almost 5 bucks for a happy meal that was only nuggets drink and was told rudely we don't give out toys which should have told from start so we could have gotten my niece something cheaper! We spent $52.67 in total! Also didn't want to give us dipping sauce she wanted and said we had to pay for ranch when we could have traded out! Worst freaking experience ever! If we would have came in spoke her in Spanish like the gentlemen in front of us we would have got better service I guess! We don't make it a point to speak out second language just to please people and shouldn't have been treated any different for it! Never coming here again and my fellow office group won't be coming back here anymore as well!"

"I have given this location 3 try's to get my order right. They failed 3 out of 3. If you order anything that is not standard, they mess it up or completely ignore what you ask for. For example, I wanted mustard instead of ketchup and mayo. They couldn't pull that off. Last time I ordered online with specifics on how I wanted my order. They gave a whopper that probably had sat there for awhile. Not even close to my order. This place is slow also. Looks like they need more help. Won't be going back."

"Went to use the restroom first before ordering. Door was locked. Waited then asked clerk of I needed a key. After waiting about 10 mintues asked for a manager. She only responded with not work. I asked why the clerk couldn't tell me that 10 mintues ago she just shrugged. Needless to say I didn't stay for my lunch."
