"The girl that took my order was young and did not have good customer service, but my order was correct. It was not that she was rude, she was just a little shy and maybe needs to be in the back making pizzas. She was not very inviting to be working at the cash register."

"I came to pick up a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza close to 8pm, we were in a rush to get home so this time I didn't check the pizza. When I got home my girls saw that the pizzas dough was uncooked, about 3 slices of pizza had no sauce or cheese on it and that size of the dough was less cooked than the rest. I called the store that same night and no answer, due to work I couldn't go back to the store. I went the next day, showed 3 different people the receipt and pictures, no one could help me to get my refund. One person called someone after 20 mins and said I would get a refund sometime today or tomorrow, I guess I'll see if I do get my refund. The money wasn't the issue, my time was. The pizza was just made with so much laziness and the first person who I spoke to claimed to be the manager was so unprofessional, when I asked to speak to a manager she just stared at me for several seconds until she said she was it! Also when I was waiting on them to figure out what ever they wete trying to do another customer came in stating he had been calling and calling the store to place and order and no one seemed to answer the phone and she just stared at him."
