"I've been taking my Ram 2500 truck her for about 3 years now, and Mike (mechanic) did an outstanding job locating a coolant leak and had it fixed and running correctly with coolant temperature within parameters. However, why am I giving a 4-star review? The reason is waiting on parts. Firestone management claims they have to order the parts themselves to ensure the work is covered. The parts they need could've been ordered by me more quickly, but they have to go through their vendor system, which slows down the process. I"m not angry at Firestone crew they are just doing their job, but I'm disappointed in their policies."
