"Customer ID/Invoice Number-ACP011204: I was supposed to receive a wood steering wheel with heated grips for a 2016 RX 350 Lexus February 5, 2020. After waiting 2-months,(April 2020), I never received my order. I ask Amazing Cars Parts for my refund of $625.00 since it was apparent that they never had the part in stock, even though they led me to believe that it was on a shelf somewhere at their facility. As of this date, May 18th, 2020, all I have received is pushed back dates of when my account/bank would be credited my refund. I have called 17 times the past 2-weeks and have not received a return call. Since I have all my documentation including e-mails, phone records, and banks statements supporting my claim going back to late 2019, I have been advised by my legal counsel to involve The Illinois Attorney General, The BBB, Investigated News Media, and to start a petition with Change.Org on behalf of 1st Responder's being taken advantaged of during a Pandemic when Families are suffering already, caring for their Loved ones while still giving support and doing their Jobs at a high level to provide relief through this crisis. As of right now all I want is my refund of $625.00, nothing more or Less. Sincerely speaking, Deputy Smith, Sr."

"I ordered a part and was never sent a bill of sale or receipt. I was told it would ship on monday since I ordered close to the weekend. I was never given a tracking number and I've called a total of 7 times to get the tracking information. I'm always told "you'll have the info tomorrow " I guess tomorrow never comes for this "Company". Spent your money elsewhere folks. If I ever receive a tracking number or the part I ordered I'll update the review. Also look at the address before your thinking of ordering, spoiler alert its bogus.UPDATE: No one ever told me it would take time to find the part. I was told it would be shipped on the following monday and was told multiple times it will ship tomorrow and when I pressed the issue they just put me on hold indefinitely, and to the owner who replied with lies, you're not helping your case."

"Initially, I told Suzanne that I wanted to purchase a 4 Cylinder DIESEL engine because I wanted to replace the V6 engine in my 1988 Ford Ranger. After sending my email authorizing my credit card payment for $901.00, they sent me a 4 cylinder GAS engine. That was in December, 2019 and then on Dec. 23rd they told me that they would pick up the engine from my mechanics business on Dec. 26th. I asked for the name of the trucking company, so I could call them when no one showed up. Amazing Car Parts are real pros at apologizes for any inconvenience but have no idea how to get things done right. I’ve notified Amazing Car Parts that my mechanic’s garage will be charging $50.00 per day for storage beginning on February 1, 2020. I called my bank (TD) and filed a claim against Amazing Car Parts. Although TD temporarily refunded my purchase, to date, Amazing Car Parts is not even responding to TD bank’s investigation inquiries. Buyers beware, stay as far away from Amazing Car Parts as possible.Thank you, for listening."

"Absolute Scammers this out fit. Four months and never received the parts.Then they try charging my credit card again. Then they tried using my info to ship parts into Canada to other customers they were Scamming again. Total Crooks. And ended up charging my credit card $ 5500.oo USA funds for parts they never sent. My BMO bank paid it, and now are after me to pay for, because they can,t get the money back from this Scamming outfit."

"They sent me a running board that did not even come close to matching what I ordered. I sent them a photo showing the huge difference between my OEM part and the one that they sent me. At first, they said that they had the correct running board and would ship it to me. They also said that the company who shipped the right running board would pick up the wrong one. After a few weeks and no running board or communication, I called and they said I had to pay to ship the wrong component back to them, and then they would ship the right running board. Whoever I talked to (I don't remember his name, but it doesn't matter, everyone there uses a phony name) was extremely rude and shouted at me over the phone. So I'm out $480 dollars, I'm sure that if I sent them the wrong component, they would just send me another running board that would not fit my truck. DO NOT SEND THESE THIEVES ANY MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!"
