"Shopped at the Villa Park location today and will never go back. I counted 15 people in the check out line behind me that only had 1 cashier for the whole store. The Lone Cashier a Nice Young Man did the best he could .Another employee who apparently was hanging up clothes never made any effort to step in and ease the burden on the lone cashier.She came right up to the service desk counter and I heard her say she was ready to go home....Unbelievable !"
"Not many options to choose and it looks too empty compared to there neighboring store Burlington. They have so many options to choose so when i went there all the crowd was in Burlington and only few peoples were in ross"
"Very rude & aggressive manager/cashier !! Told me it’s closed, when I walked in at 8:40 pm, after she told me over the phone, that they are opened till 9pm. Right after that they locked the door!! It would be different if they didn’t tell me few minutes before I walked in over the phone that they are opened till 9pm. And verbally fighting with me!! Can’t believe this is happening!!"
"I stopped in to make a return. At first the system denied my item and said it was not on the receipt, I shower the cashier and pointed at the exact item proving it was on there and she immediately took care of me. The Store was clean and the employee I spoke with was polite."
