"Keeps putting sugar in my coffee I love dunkin I am the poster child for runs on dunkin but it's so hard to find one in the city that has decent service and coffee that doesn't taste burt or that they pour hot coffee over ice I pay over 4 bucks for ice coffee so that it is not just hot coffee over ice"

"This place needs to be cleaned deeply. It did not have working bathrooms which is amazing cuz most places. They took forever to get my two cups of coffee the food was overcooked that I ordered."

"I visited the drive thru at this location (which is horrendous to maneuver your car through) this morning with my daughter. I ordered a dozen donuts and specified that I wanted a mix of Boston crème, vanilla crème, powdered, glazed, and sprinkle donuts in the dozen. I was handed the box and drove home. When I opened the box, it had a bunch of donuts I didn’t ask for (bc my kids don’t like them). I called the store to see if I could get the donuts I asked for, but the phone was broken. I was speaking but the woman on the line couldn’t hear me, then proceeded to complain about people calling and not saying anything. I called back several times and now they won’t answer the phone. I won’t spend my money here anymore - the lack of service which could have been an easy fix just wasted my money bc the staff is inattentive to customers. I will say that the young man at the window was very kind and wished me a beautiful day, so I’ve given some credit to that bc it was nice to interact with someone who was genuine."

"I went in at 12:30 and placed my order. Only to be told "ah cant break that" When I saw a teacher with at least 25 kids go in the store An hour earlier and I'm sure everybody didn't have plastic Besides, which they've been open for hours but that African American Girl is just plain old rude!"

"Employees talk disrespectfully about customers while they are at the window! I ordered coffee and breakfast this morning and was given so much attitude from the employee who took my order! If you’re going to talk about customers wait until the drive away, not while they are at the window. You can tell some of their staff hate their jobs, so they want customers to be miserable with them. You’re better off going to starbucks and having stellar service than coming here!"
