"First time customer. T shirts are nice, but the tape hoodie is very poor quality and cheap looking. When I wanted to return it, they wanted to charge $10 shipping or a restocking fee. I would have lost $to return it. They make it so it’s not even worth a return despite the poor quality of the product. Terrible way to foster a positive Customer service experience. Due to this, I will not buy here again."

"Well where to start. Have ordered pre-pandemic and had nothing but great things. This year …. Nothing but awful. Ordered a shirt and a 6 month shirt gift for my husband for Father’s Day…. Never shipped for like 2 weeks, had nothing to give. Emailed for an update and concern and “not sure the problem” got it within next few days after reaching out. Then they continually shipped to the billing address after the first delivery they correctly sent to home address. I never changed this. Now have been charged by this company 4 days in a row for something I haven’t ordered, attempted to look into my online account and funny “ this action not available at this time”. Sent email, and call to customer service line…. They won’t address someone else has to call…. It is Christmas time, and I have hundreds of dollars in limbo this company is attempting to charge."

"This business has gone downhill. I ordered 22 mystery shirts and I received 12 of the same shirts, four of the same, three and three of the same shirts. Out of 22 shirts I for four different shirts. I’ve been a customer for ten years, I called customer service and the manager I spoke to provided horrible customer service. I can’t believe how piss poor this company has become. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. But after this last order I’m done. To make matters worse, I no longer live in IL and I have to pay to ship these duplicate shirts back."

"This factory store is veteran owned and operated. They have a very good selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other apparel. They have a good stock of everything in all sizes, including children’s. The quality of their products are quite good."

"Attended and entered in the 2nd annual Grunt style car show and more, well organized and big event plenty to do..Food vendors and pop up sale vendors, activities for the younger and older.thanks for a great time. Great organization too Attended the 3rd annual car show , unfortunately lots of stuff was missing Zip line, axe throwing game only one food vendor, I know the food is good from that place but at those prices with no side included , not worth the money .....about 20 to 30 less cars but better weather than last year so not sure why all the changes but spent some money inside n outside to help veterans."
