"It’s a little bit of an inconvenience not having dressing rooms anymore but every day you can see how hard the staff work to keep the place clean and organized. Busy days like Monday seem to run smooth due to their professionalism, friendly manners and quick thinking."
"Good resale store for all household things. Lots of clothes for kids, women and men. The quality of the clothes is pretty good for which reason the prices are also on the higher side. Lots of toys for kids and infants. They have many shoes too. There were only a few furniture items. They have many clothes and winter wear but not heavy weather stuff. Checkout was pretty smooth with self checkout counters. Staff are there to help if there is any issue."
"Fun place to Thrift, especially on Monday. Things can be overpriced, but other items are also great deals; you just have to watch prices and see what makes sense. Highly recommend signing up for savers rewards program - it will give you discounts and on MONDAYS items are half price. I like the organization of this store and it often has nice, modern items. Employees are hit or miss with attitudes - some have been really nice and helpful while others have been very rude. Overall like coming here to shop for a deal!"
"Prices of the used items are expensive than the brand new items. A Year ago This place used to sell with affordable prices but I don’t understand who started to put price tags now. So stupid and crazy. Almost all items including used clothes are crazy expensive, we can buy brand new same items cheaper from tjmax or berlinton etc"
"This was at first a nice little thrift store to stop at and buy things at a reasonable cost and give away as gifts. I also donated items that I would see later on the sales floor. But this unethical liar by the name of Tina who happens to be a manager who I find insensitive to her employees who work in the back and on the floor pushed my buttons too far yesterday. There was a fake Louis Vuitton red purse on the rack by the jewelry department, I saw the tag as being $59.99 So I placed it on the counter and said to Heather I will be buying this purse. The next thing I see is Tina grabbing the purse taking the tag off tossing it on the floor and lying that it needs to be priced, I said the price was on it, and there it is on the floor, the shady low life person of obvious ill repute said it was the wrong price, and it needed to be repriced, I said that was the price that you took off, She took her time lying again saying she needed to reprice it, I said I'm waiting Tina, after her looking very shady besides unethical, went to the back waited about 20 minutes came back and placed a tag for $169.99. I looked at her and told her that was, not the original price and obviously she wanted it for herself. I don't wear red or have red purses because of how I was raised the females do not wear red because it depicts being a lady of the night, or a street walker aka Jezebel, But my friend whom is from Poland traditions are that red purses depict fortune. Which was why I was willing to pay the $59.99 for her as a gift. But because of the unethical protocol that I went through with that obvious uneducated lack of professional liar, I reported the incident to Corporate, But one of my friends happened to be in the store videoed the entire thing which made my day that shows her doing exactly what I stated and being rude and having a bellicose attitude. I will no longer patronize the facility and even though I am biracial, I would suggest that people whom are black, Latino, and Indian, not support this high priced resale store because on too many occasions other staff in management constantly accuse people of color of stealing. I normally overlook their ignorance, But honestly people of color are who pay their hard earned dollars at this place and the audacity of people like them working there assessing people of color being thieves even though it's Tina whereas two ex employees one was in management stated was stealing, and she was white, perhaps you do not need to patronize that store anymore and see how their numbers drop and then perhaps corporate can stop in and hire people of diversity to not just work in the back, But also on the registers as these people who assess people of color, of doing. I do not recommend shopping there until more diversity has been put in place and they get rid of Tina, and Sheri. As Albert Einstein quoted, You cannot resolve things with the same wayward way of thinking that created the problems in the first place. Yes I am a very educated woman besides published Author and writer."
