"Hello I'm a African American woman who love,and enjoy your food at every visit. My food was wonderful, the cashier was great,the guy and young lady who prepare the the food was great, but the fat black young girl who changed the coffee, walked around and nothing else ,was informed that the coffee was cold was just as cold and disrespectful she has no business working with the public until she learn how to be respectful to people and stop being angry when asked to do her job."

"Hello first things first I wanna start off by saying I love love love Ms.Destiny she’s the night time team lead she makes her customers feel warmth!! She’s the best she knows how to make you smile even on your worst day she answers all my dumb questions and even remembers your name when you walk through the door then next over as I go pick up my order they have Mr.Cortez he’s soooo niceeee he answers your questions with No attitude even if they’re busy and he packages my food soooo well I’m really thankful for those two keep it up Panera in Elmwood those two are a dream team at night thank you again"

"This location is right on North avenue and is sorely needing a bigger parking lot. We come here for the sweets and they do not disappoint. You can always choose from an assortment of Bagels, Croissants, Cookies, Rolls and Scones. They are freshly baked throughout the day and there is always a nice selection to choose from. This location is usually very crowded, but they do seem to take care of customers in a timely fashion. There are self serve kiosks on the left side, but, I would not recommend using them unless there is a very long line. I saw people attempting to use them and it took them a longer time to use them than having a real person assist you. Besides, this is only a way to cut back on employees, which I am not in favor of supporting. They do offer soup and sandwiches here also, but, have never ordered any of them."

"Great selection of food to choose from. Vegetarian and non everything tastes good. The food is made fresh and quick even on rush hour like right now. The parking gets full but managed to get a spot. Got my good quick and got everything I wanted."
