"Pizza was fine... but the pale girl with dark hair isn't an employee that should be behind the counter interacting with customers. She was very rude and seemed to not care about her job since she had her phone in her hand while handling the register. I also saw her touching her face and wiping her nose while handling food with no gloves on. Pretty much ruined my appetite."

"Employees have terrible attitudes. They make it very uncomfortable to sit down and try to eat ordered a few slices of pizza that was cold. The gentleman told me they were hot slices were not hot at all also, the bathroom is for customers only if you don’t buy anything from them, guess what you’re not using bathroom not the first time I had a bad experience with them today was the last time I will go there they used to be so much nicer a while ago Don’t know what happened but it’s not worth it to give your money where it’s not appreciated like I said, employees are so unhappy There’s lots of different restaurants out there, including Newstar and Johnny’s beef"

"I've been a repeat customer for two years and their food is good. I normally order through GrubHub and the restaurant provides its own delivery. I had a bad experience last night (Thu) -- not the busiest day for delivery. GrubHub said it would take 50 minutes. I then got a text saying it would take 75 minutes. The driver showed up at 90 minutes with only 1 pizza (of the 2). He said he would get us our other pizza. After another 25 minutes I called the restaurant who said it was being taken out of the oven. I asked what they would do and they offered me a 15% off my next order. After another 20 minutes I called back and was told they don't know where the driver was and asked the manager call me back - - (s)he never did. We finally got our 2nd pizza 144 minutes after we ordered (2.5 hours). So while the food is good, their service and making things right attitude is not there."

"Came to Spizzico today to try a couple of their pizzas. Order an 18-inch plain cheese and an 18-inch with ground beef and ricotta cheese toppings. The toppings pizza is pictured, or should I say not pictured. You really have to pinch the screen to find the ricotta cheese on this pizza. It's so sparse it's ridiculous. The ground beef really isn't much better. The point of ordering multiple toppings on a pizza is that you can taste them together. The incredible thing is that Spizzico put so little ricotta and ground beef on this pizza that I got to taste what their regular pizza tastes like, which is terrible. So, in short, the toppings are truly barely there and the pizza itself is also pretty bad. With many Italian restaurants and pizza joints in Elmwood Park it'll be pretty easy to skip Spizzico's from now on."

"Omg, this place is a real GEM! They have so many pasta options, it was real hard for me to decide. I went with the Spinach Manicotti and let me tell you it was the most amazing-ly delicious pasta dish I have ever had! Oh and the sauce! The sauce was SO sooooo good!! The menu said it was a tomato cream sauce, literally heaven in a bowl! Wait, did i mention the sauce? Lol! My friend had the Gnocchi Alla Spizzico which has their pesto cream sauce; I had a taste and it was also very delicious, another great sauce! We couldn't decide which one was better, both so beautifully flavored!! The salad it comes with was so crisp! I couldn't finish my meal but I wanted to eat more, ---yup, it's that good! This was my first time eating here and I cant wait to go back and try more food items! Look no further, this is the place to eat at! You order at the register/pay and they run it to your table. The staff was very friendly --thanks gentlemen! Definitely recommending this place to everyone. Thank you Spizzico for an amazing dinner!"
