McDonald's 530 Waukegan Road, Glenview, IL 60025

"Headline here is that the mobile app was acting up. I got an email for an order pick up I made 5 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. Order was not made. I tried to verify through the app, but it was frozen and constantly trying to load. I then showed the employees the email receipt that McDonald's provide, they insisted their machine didn't receive the order to prepare. And that was it, I was not advised on what to do next, so I just had to walk out returning to work. It's not their fault for the mobile app to not work properly, but their customer service is just embarrassingly terrible."

"Service was absolutely atrocious. I pulled into the drive threw asking for 2 medium waters as I have done many times. A older gentleman answered and was very rude with me telling me business is business and I must get something besides water. I believe this was the manager and I find his behavior completely unacceptable for a McDonald’s franchise. I hope he has learned his lesson and will start serving thirsty people water as my children and I were left thirsty and exhausted from a hostile employee."

"This particular McDonald's, while it has friendly staff, suffers from consistent problems with accuracies with their orders. I would say about 25% of our orders have had something missing from them. We have been coming here for years. It's gotten to the point where we check our bag before we leave"

"This particular McDonalds makes the best Egg McMuffins! The are fluffy, always warm, moist, and fresh. At other locations, these breakfast sandwiches are sometimes over toasted, crushed, or all off kilter, with the cheese sticking to the wrapper. This restaurant does it right every time."

"Worst service ever. Understaffed. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes. People were walking in from their mobile spot asking why they have been waiting for 20 minutes. Driving home I find out the gave me a coffee straw for my large iced tea. Idiots."
