"I ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 donuts and didn't want too much ice but when I was presented with the coffee..half the cup was filled with ice and i told the only lady that was there that i didn’t want that much ice she then tells me that it would not be ice coffee then so i told her that i was the customer and that's how i want it and when i asked her who the manager was she replied that she was and i told her that she was a poor excuse to be that position.,and told her i would call the corporate office which I'm still waiting to hear from."
"You have a better chance winning the lottery than getting your order correctly when ordering through the app here. I've been going here for a year now cause it's the easiest one to get to and 4/10 times the order will be wrong. Anything to wrong bread for sandwich to getting a $2 item when I ordered a $5 sandwich. They somehow manage to mess up the coffee every now and then too."
