"When I visit Chicago one thing I have to get is a deep dish pizza and it’s usually from Giordano’s . I was in town for a conference near Mid-Way airport and decided to grab pizza nearby. I placed an online order and the wait time was about 40 min. I decided to go inside and check out the atmosphere while I waited. The staff at the counter taking the orders were informative and nice. I also observed one of the male wait staff being interactive and attentive to his guest. My importantly my pizza was good. The only reason I gave it a 4star rating is because I noticed something with the crust but I could not quite figure it out. On that note I’ll be back to do another review because overall my experience was great !!!!"

"First time trying Chicago pizza! The crust of the deep dish pizza was light and crispy and the overall taste was phenomenal, our waitress Sarah was amazingly sweet and attentive! There is a little bit of a wait when it comes to the pizza but it is well worth it! Would recommend this place 100%!"

"Tried the Giordano's Deep Dish Pizza (Stuffed Veggie)for the very first time and it was so well cooked. So different. I hope the Tomato sauce was a bit less, then it would have been appropriate. They should infact let the customers add the sauces, dips etc. like oregano or chilli flakes depending upon their taste and preferences. The vibe of the restaurant is amazing and so are the staff. Waited 45 minutes for my Pizza, but overall got satisfied. Do check my pictures and videos."

"Service was awesome! Our server was on top of everything, but. We ordered a specialty pizza, and asked for an additional topping. We were not told that changes the cost from "specialty pizza" to "build your own" which was over a $8 difference when the extra topping should have been only $3. Also, when we asked the price of soft drinks, we were charged a different price as well. Besides that, the pizza was filling, but not very flavorful. The appetizers sampler was pretty good, except for the garlic cheese bread, which had an off taste. Their ice alters the taste of any soft drink as well. This is just my opinion though."
