"I ordered fettuccine Florentine for pick up. the cook ( LMAO ) forgot to put the cheese in the sauce. just because you put someone in front of a stove that does not make the person a cook. also there is approximately 18,000 new cooks that have arrived in Chicago . well I guess I'm down to my Monday pizza. the good news your current customers have no idea what is real Italian food."
"I eat there frequently and have never ran into a problem except when I showed up without a reservation for myself and several friends. We were told we'd have to wait about 15 months. So we sat at the bar had a few drinks and ten minutes later we were shown our table. The food was terrific. They have parking and reservations are a good idea especially if you have more than two people."
"Went there on Saturday 11/11/2023, sat at the bar and ordered the Bruschetta appetizer and a bourbon on the rocks. Waited for 45 minutes and the appetizer was not brought out, the nephew of the owner asked me if everything was ok and i replied that i'm still waiting on my appetizer and if its not ready i want a credit on my card and i have to leave. He went back to the kitchen and brought out 4 pieces of stale Italian bread with some diced up tomatoes on top of bread. NO balsamic vinegar, no cheese, no garlic. Very very disappointing."
"Ordered 12 piece chicken for delivery. 6 pieces barbecue and 6 fried. Fried chicken was dry. The barbecue chicken looked like someone just poured sauce over the top of it. All pieces were small. Fries came with it. I ordered an extra order of fries which was an additional $5 which I never received. All I received was one order of fries.The order of fries I did get weren't even cooked good. Greasy and soggy when received. Waste of money."
"Has been much better in the past. Our pizza looked great but lacked any flavor even with having fresh garlic on it. Never even smelled the garlic. Have been a customer for a very long time but this may have been the end. $10.95 for a kids meal, really!"
