"Food is good, but one male there is extremely rude. Spent over $70, daughter asks for plates like at any pizza place, (other places give), and he told her "No" in a very rude tone and told her to go to the store, that they're only a dollar. Now...if plates aren't given at this place, no problem...but the attitude? Nah, that wasn't needed. Seems this person lacks the social intelligence of being polite and professional. Or maybe because it was a young person that went in to pick up the pizza he felt he didn't need to be respectful. Eff that guy. May he get all that he deserves in life."
"I always order from Mama Luna’s and always get extra cheese on the pizza. This time I could clearly see the difference and called to just get credited the extra cheese that they didn’t add. They asked for proof so I sent them a picture and they said there were only 4 slices left on the pizza. My family wasn’t going to wait to eat and I wasn’t asking them to refund the pizza. Unfortunately, won’t be ordering from there again."
"I've decided that I wanted to save a special review for the best pizza place I would find in town, and without a doubt Mama Luna is the one, so here it goes. In the words of one Mr Marshall Eriksen: "Let me tell you about the thing you say is "just pizza." We begin with the first bite. Aww the crunch, and then marinara, that roiling lava of tomato and oregano it overtakes you. I'm falling. And that's when she catches you. That chewy voluptuous mistress Mozzarella. Oven-kissed cheeks crackle with warmth in your mouth, cradling the sauce and the bread letting you know from now on this is home. This pizza... It's home." Details to take into consideration are: - We went late during a week day and we were the only ones in the restaurant - Service was amazing - The atmosphere was a little off, the place isn't the "prettiest" of you will, but I mean I was there to eat pizza late into the night, that wasn't one of my priorities."
"I’m only giving it a 1 because there wasn’t an option for zero. Pizza was delivered COLD and soggy. When I called the Fullerton location to advise them the. Pizza was cold, the manager asked me to send her a picture of the pizza after I did so, she hung up after having me on hold for 10 mins. I called back, and with no apology she said “ The pizza isn’t cold I can tell by the picture.” She didn’t try to come to give a resolution at all. Not even a decent apology. Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE"
