"Went to this location this morning and it took them almost 20 minutes to serve me while waiting in line (keep in mind I was inside and they have serve everyone in front of me ) it took them a minute to see I was still in line. The guy who took my order seem to be in a bad mood and left after charging me( didn’t even wait to give me my receipt ) I was shocked and I guess after another crew member saw he left she looked at me and asked me what was my order so I told her and she got it . Idk if it was a bad morning for this location but it’s very unprofessional to not serve and leave mid transaction. Good luck to anyone who comes here"

"One of fastest morning drive thrus I’ve been to! The ladies that work the AM shift are extremely professional, nice , and efficient! The coffee comes out perfect& donut are decent ( I think they come premade made now so that’s out of the staff control ) Best DD in Berwyn ."

"ive been to this dunkin multiple times and always get the same order but the taste is always different, especially the drinks like the caramel macchiato I get. not sure if it’s because they don’t follow the recommended instructions or because it always seems like they’re understaffed but it just makes me want to get a refund each time it happens but the long waiting times in drive thru or dine in doesn’t make it worth anymore. also the hash browns I get are always half near burnt. the only thing I would say is good is the lady who took my order was super nice."

"I went thru drive thru at 12:22 on Saturday February 10. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a snacking bacon. I saw that I got 4 1/2 pieces of bacon so I went inside and requested the 8 I was supposed to get with the order. The cashier took the bag and brought it back a few minutes later. When I got in the car there were 6 pieces. I refused to go back in. If the order comes with 8 then I should get 8! Teach your employees how to count!"

"I think they're remodeling, so It's not clean. My food left a lot to be desired. Half of the bacon was cooked and half was raw. The lobby, I'm assuming it's not being cleaned at all since it was a complete disaster. My coffee was so so. The donut was hard. The bagel was burned which is probably why it had so much cream cheese. I would probably only go here if I wanted a basic coffee. Maybe once the remodeling is done, things will improve. Update 6/9 The girl today was very kind, patient and helpful. Made my drink just how I requested it and helped me decide how to modify it. It's busier and much cleaner today. They're pretty fast too, specially considering they have a full drive through. This a definite improvement from last time."
