"Starbucks you forgot my sprinkles. Please next time put extra sprinkles on my drink if I’m going to pay an extra charge. Do better. Also for the turkey sandwich you forgot the turkey."

"The baristas in this location are very unpleasant, very curt and not friendly at all. I don’t expect all smiles but courteous service without a frown would suffice. I live 5 min away but I’d rather visit the location on Harlem and Ogden. Also the wait time is far longer than other Starbucks I’ve visited."

"Placed an order through the mobile app as usual, the app always seems to be pretty accurate about the wait, ordered at 5:53pm and said it would be ready by 6:02, I get there 6:05 and my order is not out, I thought maybe a couple more minutes and my order will be out but I just kept seeing orders come out and not mine, I finally decided to ask and I was told they were running 25 minutes behind on mobile orders. Seems like they are very understaffed, this is the second time I’ve waiting a half hour for a drink from there. I always mobile order to not wait inside and avoid drive thru lines and this is the only location I’ve had a problem with"

"I was here about a week prior to writing this review. I've Always had nothing but good experiences with Starbucks but, this location on that day was in pretty bad shape. I waited 45 minutes for Iced White Mocha. I told the cashier after waiting then 35 minutes and she told me she was going to check and then the shift change happened. She briefed the new cashier and left. As I waited I watched new customers come in, place their orders and leave. And I say and waited. Very disappointing experience. No refund or discount."

"I visit this Starbucks drive thru EVERY DAY. I always get great suggestions from the baristas. They are very friendly every single time and the drinks are always delicious. The cake pops tasted very good too! Just the right amount of sweetness!!"
