"The older man at host greeted my party with a smile and walked us to our table. Even pulled the chairs out for us to sit on. Our waiter Steven was great. Checked up on us in a timely manner. Placed our orders in quick and the food had no issues. I’m glad Denny’s in Gurnee provided us bad customer service which made me and my family walk out. We ended up at this IHOP location for the first time. We will bring our services here from now on."
"The food was OK but I was seated at a table with a booth like seat which sunk in all the way to the bottom. I asked if I could be moved to another table and was refused by the waitress who told me that the empty tables next to me were only for 6 people or more. Before you know it there was another couple being seated at those tables.I really thought that was messed up."
"Would give 0 if I could. Food was horrible, food came out wrong twice. Waitress could not communicate in English well at all. Couldn’t take order or explain dishes. When I told manager my food was wrong nothing was done. Ruined holiday brunch my my kid and grandparents. Dirty silverware… asked for new Ofcourse the server couldn’t understand what I was asking for had to eat what was edible from my meal with a spoon."
