"My order was ready at 3:15pm, came to the drive thru at 3:20 to pick it up. It’s 3:51pm and I’m still in the drive thru behind a car. Kid says there are only 2 working in the restaurant and are slammed. Don’t open or take orders if you can’t service the demand."

"Ordered here for the first time tonight. Placed a mobile order with the intention of running out and grabbing it and getting back home on my Sunday off of work. As I arrived, I immediately noticed a line of cars wrapped around the building, in what is one of the smallest and tightest parking lots I have ever seen. The line was spilling out onto the main road, where I sat with my blinker on for about 5 minutes. I was finally able to pull into the parking lot, where I parked and got out of my car and started to walk up to the lobby before I saw a hand scribbled not that was slapped on to the door that said “drive through only” I then got back into my car and had to figure out how to back up out of my space which had the line of cars right behind me. I was able to make my way into the line of cars without an accident, or without starting a fight with another driver. I then, sat in the line for about 30 minutes, as I trickled my way closer and closer to the order speaker. I waited for minutes for someone to speak to me before I realized that there was yet another hand scribbled note that had been slapped onto the speaker that read “don’t work” I then proceeded to make my way to the window. When I pulled up, the window was open and nobody was there. I watched the guy in the back ground cut pizzas for about 7 minutes before someone else finally came and poked their head out and asked me if I was picking up. I gave him my name and he eventually handed me my pizza without a word. Being that it took about 40 minutes to get through the line, and an hour to leave my house, make it 10 minutes down the road and back home again, I didn’t have any expectations on opening the box to see a well made pizza. Good thing too because as expected… there was about 2 inches of crust, several slices without any topping at all, and it tasted as if it had been sitting for an hour before I got it home. I understand that my pizza was only $7 and you get what you pay for, but I’m well aware of what you can and should expect from a little Ceaser’s $7 pizza. It isn’t the best in the world, but definitely shouldn’t be one of the most frustrating food experiences you can have either. If this location was giving out free pizzas, and I had to deal with what I dealt with tonight, I would rather go to another little Ceaser’s location and pay twice the normal price in order to get it quickly and and well made. I’m not even a little Ceaser’s fan, but they have done way better than this at any other location I have ever been to. The only thing that could have made for a more disappointing experience would have been for an employee to have been disrespectful. Instead of poor customer service, I received none at all. That is their only saving grace tonight."

"Very disappointed with this location. Not only does it take 45 minutes for one pizza to be made (a hot and ready pizza clearly isn’t hot and ready) AND THEN THERES ONLY 11 PIECES OF SAUSAGE ON A SAUSAGE PIZZA?! WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING A SAUSAGE PIZZA IF ITS NOT EVEN COVERING 75% OF THE PIZZA?!?!?!?"

"I walked in ordered. Had my pizza made and out in less than 10. The young men in there were quick, polite and professional. I'll never not love their pizza!"

"One of the pizzas we got was the Detroit style, the dough wasn’t even fully cooked. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I took a bite but this was AFTER my kids ate most of it. I peeled back the mozzarella to make sure it wasn’t cheese and it’s definitely the raw dough. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. I really hope nobody gets sick."
