I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!"

"The store has a nice layout with all the men's clothing on one side and the women's clothing on the other. It isn't a large store but the had a wide variety of items in plenty of colors and sizes. I'm a small and it is usually hard to find that size on men's but everything I was interested in had at least one small for me to try on. The sales staff seemed to work well as a team. All my questions were answered in a helpful manner. Checking out was pleasant. Parking can be an issue on weekends and evenings."
