"I enjoy coming to this marshalls, I usually will come stop by once a month to just see what they have, my favorite is around Halloween time. But the only thing that bothers me is usually when I (an adult) comes to shop (I work as management in retail as well, so im alert on how the interactions I have with the employees are) But it never fails to have someone follow me or management always around me and when I head to checkout, they are there too. it is even worse when I bring younger family members so I can shop for them. But when I bring someone who looks visibly a lot older than me, I am not being hovered by the staff members."

"Called one day inquiring about a product that I saw at another location that didn't have my size. A young lady named Tequila was super friendly and went out of her way to check the store. They didn't have the product in my size but told me that another location would likely have it. They did! She saved the day!"

"Store was a wreck, most cosmetics were opened, Indian cashier whose name tag said coordinator asked me if I wanted to donate money, but didn’t tell me what the donation was for. lol….. the person before me bought 141 dollars worth of merchandise and along with same coordinator they were harassing a couple for about 7 minutes to open a credit card. I also didn’t like the fact that the person not running the register was giving the person a total acting like the cashier is stupid. This place is always really pushy selling credit cards and the way the approach is NOT a good sales pitch at all. The coordinator who didn’t tell me what the donation was for was probably flustered. Don’t ask me if I want to open a credit card again!!!!!"

"I'm giving this to instead of one because I guess it was the manager who did end up putting my sale through but I go through a line and I get to my checkout person. I'd like to give their name or a description of them so whoever is in charge knows who this is but anyway. I did not have my gift card with me so I asked if I could go to the car. So I get it and I come back in and I go up to the same person and they said I have to go through the line. I said I just saw you face to face I just went through the line. So this person walks away and gets a manager I guess which took way longer than just checking me out. And the manager comes up and she says can I help you. I said yes I just want to purchase this she says okay ring her up and the person said she didn't go through the line. I said I absolutely went through the line which is why my items are sitting right there behind the counter. So she was gracious and she took care of me and I told this person that it's not cool that they lied to the manager. They said I didn't lie. I'm done. They need to get some more responsible people here. This is so aggravating."

"Prices are way up there! This supposed to be a discounted store Doesn't seems like that from anywhere. I'd rather order online or just buy from regular retail stores which has much more choices. Will not be visiting again! Also, barely has space to walk...things are just all over the place, very well Unorganized! They stock during normal business hours which makes it worse..I guess try to save some payroll?? Manager must be very very cheap! I'll add some pics later..."
