"The food is decent when the low-life, incompetent, unintelligent employees get the order correct- a rarity. How are these women being vetted? The new woman on drive- thru is really stupid! I’m unsure if she can read. She giggles at all of her mistakes from ordering and incorrect charges. What’s so hard about reading and preparing for to do one’s job correctly?!"

"Usually have a good experience in drive thru but once walking in the building, I waited 5 minutes to be greeted, which happens, they then came to the counter and said they aren’t accepting orders inside, but the lobby was open…. Line had 8 cars in it. What’s the point of having the inside open if you can’t come in to place an order??? Makes zero sense. At the very least put a sign on the door not to waste people’s time."

"I always come to drive through always I take egg and cheese croissant but they never ever cooked croissant properly and hash browns are also not cooked properly today I took coffee and Carmel craze latte but latte was cold and I asked them large latte they give me medium I don't have any idea how manger is allowing them to do"

"Came and ordered a large strawberry and small pralines and cream milk shake. Instead the gave me large praline and a small strawberry. Dorvw all the way back up there and waited another 10mins for them to male the shake. They were not busy at all as no one was in store or in the drive through. They finally corrected my order but the praline shake they gave me is completely melted. So it's praline milk. I go here almost every morning but I will not be back. As an African American woman, the African American lady that was working today 4/15/23 at 6p needs an attitude adjustment. UPDATE: 10/05/23 AT 8:25A Went against my better judgment and came back to those location and what a mistake. They lady at the window got my order totally wrong. Then when I asked for specific things that are at every dunkin donuts in the country she says they dnt make it...when they did. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Dunkin Run offer only applies if you purchase coffee. You can by a Refresher that cost 2x as much as coffee but that's excluded from the deal. Makes no sense."
